Food Service Supervisor

About the role

The Food Service Supervisor will lead a team of food‑service attendants and preparers in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will ensure that meals are prepared, portioned, and served according to quality, safety, and cost standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor work schedules to meet service demands.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate staff activities, including sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs and manage inventory records.
• Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and regular reports on sales, waste, and repairs.
• Address customer complaints and ensure service meets quality‑control standards.
• Oversee tray assembly and food‑service counter operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a food‑service or restaurant setting.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Client‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic environment.
