Food Runner – Banff Restaurant

About the role

Join the team at The Maple Leaf, an iconic Banff restaurant known for showcasing Canadian cuisine. As a Food Runner you will ensure that dishes are delivered promptly and presented beautifully to guests, supporting a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to tables accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with bussing tables, polishing glasses and cutlery, and other front‑of‑house duties as needed.
• Maintain attention to detail in order presentation and guest service.
• Support the wait staff by communicating any special requests or issues.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work varied shifts.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to be on your feet for full shifts.
• Team‑player mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
