Fleet Administrator

About the role

BOXX Modular is seeking a full-time Fleet Administrator for its Prince George branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will coordinate the servicing, maintenance and movement of our modular building fleet, handling both office‑based administration and outdoor inspections in all weather conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the transportation calendar and arrange vendor transport, including preparation of purchase orders and bills of lading.
• Contact customers and vendors daily to schedule deliveries, installations and dismantling of modular units.
• Coordinate billing with the central accounting team and track fleet activity to ensure units move as scheduled.
• Manage fleet inventory, update production schedules, and monitor warranty items with manufacturers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual fleet count and water‑intrusion reports.
• Perform quality checks on outbound trailers and handle Approval For Transfer paperwork for inter‑branch movements.
• Travel to remote yards or other office locations as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, logistics coordination or a similar operational role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Friendly, personable attitude with the ability to build respectful relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
