Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

Addepar is looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join its FP&A team. In this role you will design, build and own key financial reporting solutions that help the business measure performance and drive better execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the month‑end close process, including prepaid analysis and vendor cost reviews.
• Design, automate and optimise flexible financial planning models, systems and processes.
• Build dashboards, variance analyses and operational review reports.
• Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting to support decision‑making and optimise ROI.

Required profile

• Numbers‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• 2‑3 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting or investment banking.
• Ability to balance precision in models with practical decision‑making.

Required skills

• Experience with financial reporting tools such as Pigment, Adaptive or Anaplan.
