Financial Analyst – SAP CO (US/CAN/MX)

About the role

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst with deep SAP CO expertise to join its North America Financial Controlling team. The role focuses on maintaining system integrity, supporting month‑end and year‑end processes, and preparing the SAP environment for the upcoming S/4HANA migration.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reconciliation between COPA and PCA, resolving complex discrepancies.
• Lead central month‑end closing activities and drive improvements in reporting quality across North American sites.
• Prepare the SAP system for year‑end closing, fiscal year setup, and inventory revaluation for quarterly and year‑end cycles.
• Act as the SAP‑CO data steward, supporting cross‑functional projects and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business partners to continuously improve controlling processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP CO (Controlling) expertise.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration concepts.
• Knowledge of COPA and PCA modules.
