Financial Analyst – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Siemens is seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to become a key financial partner for one of its main product lines in manufacturing operations. You will work closely with plant departments to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately determine unit cost of each manufactured product to support pricing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
• Monitor and control production expenses, identify variances from standards or budgets, and analyse root causes for corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial close while maintaining data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform in‑depth balance‑sheet reviews to verify accuracy, identify risks, and provide insights into financial health.
• Contribute to realistic financial forecasts and budgets for the plant, guiding operational decisions and resource allocation.
• Maintain a strong internal‑control environment to safeguard assets and guarantee reliable reporting.
• Develop innovative analytical tools to deliver timely, relevant insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
