About the role
Rowntree Montessori School is looking for a Head of Finance to oversee all financial activities and support the school’s mission of delivering high‑quality education. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring sound financial management and compliance. This role aligns with ISP’s principle of financial responsibility, making choices that prioritize the needs of children, students and the school community.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting for the school.
- Manage accounting processes and produce accurate financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to the school leadership team.
Required profile
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in financial management, preferably within an educational environment.
