Financial Analyst

About the role

The Financial Analyst will coordinate budget processes in both English and Japanese, develop financial models, and project operational results including revenue, profit, and cash flow. Reporting to the CFO, you will collaborate with internal teams and the parent company in Japan to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Prepare financial simulations, profit‑by‑vehicle‑model reports, and cash‑flow analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models using multiple planning scenarios.
• Partner with the parent company (MMC) and internal departments to address financial queries and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support the annual compensation cycle and prepare documentation for delegation of authority approval.
• Manage special projects and provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for senior leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate accounting or finance.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
