Family Practitioner/General Practitioner – Job Share Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Family Practitioner or General Practitioner to join our team in a unique job‑share arrangement. The position combines outpatient clinic work with hospital‑based duties, offering a flexible and varied practice environment.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage a shared panel of patients in an outpatient clinic (0.5 FTE) alongside a fellow physician.
• Provide continuity of care, collaborate closely with the team, and ensure patient‑centered practice.
• Fulfill hospital responsibilities such as inpatient care, emergency coverage, or other duties (0.5 FTE).
• Optionally engage in teaching, research, procedural work, or other professional pursuits as desired.

Required profile

• Board‑certified Family Practitioner or General Practitioner.
• Willingness to work in a job‑share format.
• Strong commitment to collaborative, patient‑focused care.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and management.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
