Family Practitioner / General Practitioner (Job Share)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Family Practitioner or General Practitioner to join our team in a unique job‑share arrangement. The position splits time between an outpatient clinic and hospital‑based duties, offering a balanced mix of continuity care and acute care experience.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage a shared panel of patients with a fellow physician in an outpatient setting.
• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services, emphasizing continuity and patient‑centered care.
• Fulfill half‑time hospital responsibilities, which may include inpatient care, emergency coverage, or other clinical activities.
• Participate in teaching, research, procedural work, or other professional pursuits as desired.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or eligible Family Medicine/General Practice physician.
• Strong collaborative mindset and interest in a job‑share model.
• Flexibility to split time between clinic and hospital environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
