About the role

Glenvalley Medical Clinic in the growing community of Glenmore, Kelowna is looking for dedicated Family Physicians to join its collaborative practice. The position offers the opportunity to provide longitudinal primary‑care, with optional obstetrics, maternity, long‑term care and home‑visit services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary‑care to a patient panel, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Provide optional obstetric, maternity, long‑term care and home‑visit services as desired.
• Coordinate care with specialists and community resources.
• Arrange appropriate coverage for your practice during absences, using locums or colleague support.

Required profile

• Passion for longitudinal family medicine.
• Collaborative and collegial mindset.
• Open to full‑time or part‑time schedules.
• New graduates or experienced MDs are welcome.

Required skills

What we offer

• Fee‑for‑service compensation ranging from $250,000 to $500,000 annually.
• Flat physician overhead of $7,000 per month.
