Family Physician – Preventive & Personalized Care

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Family Physician to provide OHIP‑insured primary care within a private precision preventive medicine and integrative health clinic. The role focuses on delivering personalized, data‑driven care to patients enrolled in our Preventive Health Program (PHP) and Vitality & Longevity Program (VLP).

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care services to PHP and VLP participants.
• Conduct initial, annual, and tri‑annual health examinations using proprietary templates and data analysis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including a physician associate, exercise physiologists, nutritionists, naturopaths, and sports chiropractors.
• Document all encounters in Accuro EMR and follow up with patients via secure Medeo communication.
• Develop personalized lifestyle, medical, and integrative health recommendations.
• Report to the Director of Patient Care Services and the Medical Director.

Required profile

• Medical degree and a valid Ontario licence to practice.
• Experience in primary care with a strong interest in preventive and integrative medicine.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development in lifestyle medicine, motivational interviewing, and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Accuro EMR.
• Experience using Medeo secure patient communication platform.
