Family Physician (Part‑Time)

About the role

Stem Health is seeking a forward‑thinking Family Physician to join its low‑volume, relationship‑focused clinic in Toronto. The role is part‑time and centered on delivering proactive, preventive primary care to a small panel of clients through comprehensive assessments, personalized health plans, and ongoing follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments emphasizing prevention and long‑term health outcomes.
• Develop individualized health plans using advanced diagnostics, laboratory results, and lifestyle data.
• Provide extended‑duration appointments and proactive follow‑up for a select client panel.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, registered nurses, dietitians, physiotherapists, and mental‑health professionals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and contribute to clinical innovation.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Stay current with research in preventive, primary, and longevity medicine.

Required profile

• MD with a full, active license to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the CPSO.
• CFPC or RCPSC designation in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in private or executive health‑care settings.
• Strong communication skills and a relationship‑first mindset.
• Interest in preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and emerging longevity science.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
