Faculty Position – Management (Corporate Governance)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced academic to join the Faculty of Management and deliver a course on corporate governance, business ethics, and board responsibilities. The successful candidate will examine contemporary issues related to the control and oversight of modern corporations, guiding graduate students through legal, institutional, and ethical dimensions of business organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and case studies on corporate governance and business ethics.
• Develop course materials, assessments, and reading lists aligned with MBA curricula.
• Engage with students to foster critical analysis of board roles, disclosure practices, and regulatory frameworks.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and academic committees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and institutional developments affecting corporations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Public Policy) or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience serving on a board of directors, or active involvement in professional associations or policy-making bodies within the past five years.
• Prior teaching experience at the university level is an asset.
• Strong academic record and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
