About the role
Zirtual is seeking a proactive Remote Executive Assistant to support busy professionals. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering high‑quality administrative support while working independently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones, schedule meetings, calls and events.
- Monitor and manage client inboxes, draft and respond to emails, and prioritize communications.
- Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and handle data entry and file organization.
- Research, book, and adjust travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries.
- Support day‑to‑day business operations, conduct research, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
