Event Operations Manager – Catering & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an Event Operations Manager to lead and execute high‑level catering and hospitality services for concerts, tours, backstage environments, corporate and special events. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and requires close collaboration with production teams, artists and venue contacts to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute event operations for concerts, tours and hospitality events, including staffing, logistics, timelines, rentals and vendor coordination.
• Manage onsite execution, troubleshoot real‑time issues and maintain service standards.
• Develop staffing plans, assign duties and track labour efficiency.
• Coordinate with production teams, tour managers, artist representatives and venue contacts.
• Oversee set‑ups, rider execution, backstage hospitality and load‑out processes.
• Prepare end‑of‑service reports and conduct post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event operations, catering, hospitality or live‑event production.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities in high‑pressure environments.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, clients and venue partners.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and long show days.
• Passion for music, catering and live‑event culture.
