Event Coordinator

About the role

The Event Coordinator at BrainStation is responsible for animating the campus, delivering a five‑star experience to visitors, and promoting the brand within the local community. You will act as the front‑line host, manage event logistics, and support daily facility operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and front‑desk support for students and guests.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including facility walkthroughs and cleanliness checks.
• Set up, operate, and dismantle audio/visual equipment such as projectors, microphones, and TVs.
• Coordinate event execution, including setup, teardown, catering, and hospitality services.
• Prepare and package student Welcome Boxes.
• Maintain an exceptional student and guest experience through continuous improvement.
• Perform any additional tasks required for day‑to‑day facility efficiency.
