Enterprise Sales Director, Retail

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our retail AI‑agent business. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing multi‑million‑dollar deals, and work closely with product and operations to deliver a best‑in‑class solution for top retail brands.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through research, networking and cold‑calling to build a pipeline of enterprise retail customers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, serving as the primary point of contact for our largest accounts.
• Lead negotiations and close complex multi‑million‑dollar deals, coordinating with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts.
• Design and execute sales strategies, craft tailored presentations and proposals, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.
• Work closely with product, technical and operations teams to deliver the AI‑native platform to customers.
• Leverage AI tools throughout the sales cycle to automate research, outreach, pipeline forecasting and deal execution.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of enterprise‑facing sales experience, consistently achieving $1M+ quotas and closing 6‑ and 7‑figure ACV deals.
• Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation and building relationships with large retail brands.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape and emerging technologies is a plus.
