Enterprise Applications Training Lead – ERP

About the role

The Enterprise Applications Training Lead will drive user adoption, organizational readiness, and operational enablement for a complex ERP environment. Working in a hybrid setting in Burnaby, BC, you will partner with business leaders, SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure employees are confident and equipped to use new systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training and readiness initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Operations.
• Develop and execute role‑based training strategies aligned with system deployments.
• Coordinate content creation with internal teams, consultants, and third‑party partners.
• Create engaging learning materials, process documentation, and user guides.
• Deliver instructor‑led sessions, workshops, and hands‑on operational training.
• Support testing cycles, deployment activities, and go‑live readiness.
• Track training effectiveness, adoption metrics, and identify gaps or risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise application training, user adoption, or change enablement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, or Quality.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or comparable ERP platforms.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
