Employee Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

The Employee Recruiting Coordinator partners with Talent Delivery and hiring teams to deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience across Salesforce’s regional and global business units. You will own the interview lifecycle, manage logistics, and contribute to high‑impact projects that support internal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews for multiple business units worldwide.
• Manage interview logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and candidate reimbursements.
• Greet candidates at the designated office hub and ensure a seamless onsite experience.
• Audit employment agreements and oversee timely background investigations.
• Build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers, acting as a subject‑matter expert.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency, equity, and candidate experience.
• Master Salesforce’s applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as Workday, Goodtime, Google Suite, Slack, and Tableau.
• Contribute to regional and global projects aligned with the Global Recruiting Coordinator vision.
