Emergency Services & Intake Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Emergency Services & Intake Specialist to handle high‑intent inbound service calls across Canada. The role blends customer service, consultative sales and structured intake coordination, guiding urgent callers through the intake process and converting inquiries into confirmed dispatches.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound emergency and urgent service calls and assess service needs accurately.
• Guide callers with empathy while maintaining professionalism and confidence.
• Convert high‑intent inquiries into confirmed service bookings and handle objections.
• Confirm service authorisation, on‑site readiness and identify third‑party or property‑manager involvement when required.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain detailed CRM documentation, properly tag and close non‑qualified inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in inbound sales, customer service, BDR or call‑center roles.
• Strong objection‑handling and closing ability.
• Excellent verbal communication in professional English.
• Ability to stay calm and structured under pressure.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and professional call setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and navigation of related software.
