Eclipse ERP Systems Administrator & Technical Lead

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Eclipse ERP Systems Administrator & Technical Lead to own and support the Eclipse ERP environment across finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain and IT. This hands‑on technical leadership position ensures platform reliability, security, performance and continuous improvement while driving upgrades, integrations and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and optimise the Eclipse ERP environment.
• Lead ERP upgrades, patches, testing, deployments and release management.
• Design and support integrations between Eclipse ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Develop automation, APIs, scripts and custom solutions to improve business processes.
• Troubleshoot complex ERP, database, integration and performance issues.
• Manage user security, permissions and role‑based access.
• Support SQL reporting, dashboards and business‑intelligence initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain system documentation, standards and architecture.
• Lead vendor relationships and mentor junior technical team members.
• Ensure system stability, backups, disaster‑recovery readiness and data integrity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise ERP administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience supporting and administering Eclipse ERP.
• Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, configuration and system administration.
• Proven experience managing ERP upgrades, deployments and production support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
