About the role
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join our Calgary team. The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Business Central solutions for our clients, with an emphasis on finance systems and future ERP, inventory, and manufacturing functionalities.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to capture business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
- Identify issues, propose action plans, and drive performance enhancements through implementation.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with client needs.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end‑users.
- Work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to system functionality.
- Experience designing and supporting reporting solutions, preferably using PowerBI.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
