District Sales Manager – Full‑Time Sales Leadership

About the role

The District Sales Manager will drive net sales growth across assigned accounts in British Columbia, executing the company’s annual plan and outperforming competitors. Reporting to Sales Management, the role combines strategic account planning with hands‑on leadership of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual account plans that align brand and consumer strategies with sales targets.
• Collaborate with Trade Development to oversee promotional spend, evaluate performance and adjust tactics.
• Ensure flawless execution of the promotional calendar across all designated stores.
• Secure timely approval and launch of new items, innovations, and SKUs.
• Provide regular analysis of competitive activity and generate actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and assign goals by account.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports, delivering clear expectations and ongoing training.
• Expand brand distribution, including new products and sizes, within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–5 years of experience in a comparable sales management role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow market share.
• Strong judgment, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
