Director, Product Management, Rewards – Enterprise Loyalty

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its Enterprise Loyalty rewards portfolio. You will shape global product strategy, drive new capability introductions, and ensure commercial success across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global product roadmap for Enterprise Loyalty, focusing on client value and scalable growth.
• Translate market insights and client needs into product opportunities, launch plans, and execution roadmaps.
• Own the full product lifecycle—from concept validation to launch, commercialization, and ongoing optimization.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies, positioning, sales enablement tools, and launch materials for regional teams.
• Collaborate with Consulting, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Servicing, regional teams, and external partners to align priorities and drive adoption.
• Support business case development, pricing, packaging, and commercialization planning for new and enhanced rewards capabilities.
• Leverage data, client feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize improvements and enhance revenue and customer experience outcomes.
• Monitor competitive trends, emerging rewards models, and broader loyalty innovation worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management for loyalty, rewards, or payments solutions.
• Strong ability to translate market and client insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
