Director of Technical Experience

About the role

Mastercard Dynamic Yield is seeking a Director of Technical Experience to lead technical consulting for client development teams. You will partner with senior technical stakeholders to ensure successful integration of our personalization platform and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on best‑practice architecture and development for personalization solutions.
• Become the subject‑matter expert in personalization, AI/ML and related technologies.
• Mentor internal and external technical teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable implementations.
• Create thought‑leadership content such as whitepapers, videos, workshops, webinars and presentations.
• Collaborate with customer success, product and sales teams to tailor solutions and influence product roadmap.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CTOs, architects and other senior technical leaders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting or product management.
• Proven ability to define strategy and execute complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong track record of influencing senior technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
