About the role

We are seeking a remote Director of Learning, Growth & Expansion to drive our personal and leadership development programs worldwide. You will combine strategic outreach with client‑focused consultations to expand our impact and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in weekly professional‑development and training sessions.
• Conduct daily mindset and personal‑growth education for yourself and clients.
• Make outbound calls and host Zoom consultations with prospective clients.
• Develop and execute daily marketing and outreach strategies.
• Build meaningful relationships and support client success throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Passionate about personal and professional development.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Creative thinker who enjoys strategic planning.
• Minimum 3 years experience in business, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Proven success working remotely and managing time effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultures.
• Reliable internet connection, computer and phone.
