Director, Channel Management

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Channel Management to lead the global dealer network strategy. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio, Strategy, Channel and Customer Experience, you will shape network design, governance, performance programs and digital transformation while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a channel management strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgeting, cost control and financial reporting for channel operations.
• Establish dealer agreement frameworks, network policies and governance standards in partnership with Legal.
• Own dealer‑related master data strategy in SAP and ensure data integrity throughout the account lifecycle.
• Oversee network operations support, audit, compliance and risk management across the dealer network.
• Design and implement dealer programs, certification processes and performance initiatives such as scorecards.
• Drive integration between Dealer Management Systems and CRM platforms, championing digital innovation, automation and analytics.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in channel management, dealer network strategy or related commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex, global network strategies and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of dealer operations, distribution models and performance management frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and program ROI.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and analytical capabilities.
