About the role

The Fashion Associate role at Walmart Canada offers an entry‑level opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the presentation and safety of fashion merchandise on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, assist with product location, promotion, and purchase decisions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work area, following company policies and safety procedures.
• Process and stock all fashion merchandise, ensuring accurate placement and inventory.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and organized for an optimal shopping experience.
• Merchandise non‑modular fashion items and ensure proper use of fixtures and signage.
• Replenish and display seasonal merchandise promptly according to planograms.

Required profile

• Age 16 or older.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly and polite demeanor.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Reliability in performing stocking and merchandising tasks.
