Digital Strategy Lead, Accelerated Growth Team

About the role

Businesses rely on Google’s advertising solutions to grow, and the Accelerated Growth team focuses on expanding existing advertisers’ investment in Google Ads. As a Digital Strategy Lead you will own the full sales pipeline—from prospecting to closed‑won deals—consulting clients to drive significant business growth using Google’s advertising products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers from a pool of prospects.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales pipeline and develop strategies to meet quarterly quotas.
• Present customized Google Ads solutions to increase customers’ advertising footprint.
• Consult with clients to translate complex business challenges into effective Google Ads strategies.
• Maintain and expand relationships with C‑suite and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, media account management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience building a book of business through proactive prospecting and lead cycles.
• Experience maintaining and expanding C‑suite or key stakeholder relationships.

What we offer

• Annual base salary between $114,000 and $117,000 CAD.
• Target bonus of 35 % of base salary.
