About the role

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Digital Recruiter to join its fast‑growing talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and placing high‑quality candidates for a variety of client openings across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client job requisitions to identify critical knowledge, skills, and experience requirements.
• Source, engage, and recruit top talent using a mix of platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Facilitate the offer process, negotiate salary and terms, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a reliable talent network through regular relationship‑building activities.
• Meet or exceed internal recruitment targets and performance metrics.
• Coach candidates on resume preparation and interview techniques.
