Training Administrator (Nuclear)

About the role

Black & McDonald’s Power Generation Region is seeking a dedicated Training Administrator to support nuclear training programs. The role provides accurate, timely administrative assistance, ensuring training processes align with policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare classroom and course materials, training rosters, and schedule course offerings in the TRMSLink system.
• Maintain training records, track learner progress and compliance, and manage document control and retention policies.
• Coordinate room bookings, facilitator notifications, and calendar management for the Power Generation Region training calendar.
• Support onboarding and Learning & Development teams by rostering new hires for Plant Access Training and processing renewal forms.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, triage requests, and provide general administrative support to the training team.

Required profile

• College certificate or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–4 years of administrative experience supporting onboarding, HR, or training workflows.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
• Experience with HR systems and training platforms
• Familiarity with eLearning tools and document control standards
