Desktop Support Technician (Salesforce Intune)

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team in Toronto. The role focuses on providing end‑user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting‑room technology and enterprise applications such as Salesforce and Microsoft Intune.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot, install, configure and repair printers and manage print servers and queues.
• Support meeting‑room technology, including video‑conferencing and presentation systems.
• Assist end users with Salesforce login, access and basic application issues.
• Manage Windows devices through Microsoft Intune – enrollment, software deployment and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with other IT teams, document incidents and keep support records up to date.
• Stay current with emerging desktop‑support tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in desktop or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop hardware and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and supporting Salesforce users.
• Hands‑on experience with printer troubleshooting, print‑server administration and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
