Desktop Support Technician – Print & Meeting Room Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician with a focus on print and meeting‑room technology to join our IT team in Calgary. You will provide hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, printers and video‑conferencing equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations for our staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot, install, configure and repair printers.
• Support meeting‑room technology, including video‑conferencing and presentation systems.
• Install, configure and maintain print servers and manage print queues.
• Document incident resolutions and keep accurate support records.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware.
• Experience with printer troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with meeting‑room technology and video‑conferencing systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
