About the role

The Designated Beauty Advisor for Penhaligon's will represent a prestigious luxury fragrance and cosmetics brand within Holt Renfrew’s upscale retail environment. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive brand sales, and deliver exceptional service that reflects the heritage of both Penhaligon's and Holt Renfrew.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed individual and brand sales targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, nurturing, and retention activities.
• Share expert product knowledge with the broader store team.
• Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and store management on merchandising, events, and assortment recommendations.
• Participate in all training sessions, product briefings, and brand seminars.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Maintain regular communication with personal clients via phone, email, and other electronic methods.
• Resolve customer service issues and ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent multitasking skills with minimal supervision.
