About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. You will provide clear, empathetic assistance to customers while contributing to the improvement of AI-driven support tools. This contract role offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and empathetic written and verbal responses to diverse customer inquiries.
• Provide real‑world insights to help develop and refine AI‑driven support tools.
• Assess, annotate, and review support interactions to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify common pain points and document best practices for issue resolution.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to share feedback, suggest process improvements, and enhance training data quality.
