Customer Success Representative

About the role

Jetson is looking for a Customer Success Representative to guide homeowners through every step of their electrification journey, from signing up to system installation. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth, stress‑free experience while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through pre‑installation steps and confirm they are ready for installation.
• Schedule walk‑throughs and installations, using video calls, phone, SMS, and email.
• Handle requotes in partnership with the field service manager and sales team.
• Proactively follow up with homeowners during the 30‑day pre‑installation window.
• Maintain clear communication with Sales, Operations, and Installers, updating customer files in the CRM.
• Track milestones and report progress within Jetson’s CRM system.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup or growth‑stage environment.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with video‑conference tools such as Google Meet.
