About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Scotiabank’s Yonge and Mapleview branch in Barrie, you will be the face of the bank, helping customers achieve their financial goals through friendly, proactive service.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Process day‑to‑day transactions and nurture long‑standing client relationships.
• Identify simple sales opportunities and contribute to branch targets.
• Promote and guide customers in using mobile and digital banking applications.
• Listen to customers, uncover their needs and provide clear, simple explanations.
