Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be the primary point of contact for customers in a call‑center environment, delivering courteous and efficient service while handling a variety of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and courteously.
• Process payments, refunds, account updates and other transactions with accuracy.
• Document all interactions and transaction details in the system to maintain data integrity.
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues and, when needed, escalate complex cases.
• Provide clear information about products, fare media, programs and related services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Achieve or exceed KPIs such as call handling time, first‑call resolution and transaction accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑center, retail or high‑volume environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Availability to work extended hours, weekends or holidays as business needs dictate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and data‑entry tasks.
• Experience with CRM or call‑center platforms (preferred).
