About the role
Join Walmart Canada as a Customer Service Desk Associate and be the friendly face that helps shoppers resolve their questions and transactions. You will work at the front end of the store, ensuring a smooth and secure checkout experience while upholding company values.
Key responsibilities
- Follow Refund Automation procedures and company guidelines for refunds and exchanges.
- Complete defective slips and maintain accurate sales‑tax‑exempt records.
- Assist customers with product information, directions, and transaction support.
- Send damaged merchandise to Claims and verify returned items against refund slips before restocking.
- Ensure all items are scanned correctly before they return to the sales floor.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Professional and courteous attitude when interacting with the public.
- Basic math skills for handling refunds and exchanges.
