About the role

We are seeking a temporary Customer Relationship Associate to join our close‑knit team in Bolton, ON. The role focuses on managing business client accounts, delivering high‑quality service, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients.
• Manage and support accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Use internal tools to track client activity, identify needs, and promote relevant products or services.
• Participate in performance discussions to drive account growth.
• Monitor account activity for risk management and overall health.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing, sales or sales‑support role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
