Customer Happiness Expert

About the role

The Customer Happiness Expert joins Accent Inns' Customer Happiness Hub in Richmond, BC. Working on‑site, you will create memorable brand experiences, drive room bookings, and act as the primary communication link between guests and our hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Create memorable brand touchpoints through phone, email, SMS and social interactions that reinforce the hotel’s unique personality.
• Drive sales by uncovering opportunities, showcasing property benefits, and securing room reservations.
• Capture and share guest information with property teams to ensure seamless on‑site service.
• Set expectations, highlight amenities, and recommend local events or restaurants to enhance stays.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, and travel‑trade clients, delivering consistent and high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Available to work on‑site in Richmond, including evenings and weekends (shifts end at 11:30 pm).
• Previous sales or hotel experience preferred.
• Fun‑loving, easy conversationalist with a customer‑focused attitude.
