Restaurant Manager – Fast Food

About the role

We are looking for an experienced fast‑food restaurant manager to lead our Wendy’s location at Vancouver International Airport. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, and ensuring an excellent guest experience in a high‑traffic airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage the restaurant’s budget, controlling food, labor, and supply costs.
• Plan, organize and supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members while maintaining high performance standards.
• Monitor inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations.
• Adjust menu pricing and food preparation methods to align with budget targets.
• Handle customer complaints, support events and catering requests, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• College or CEGEP diploma (3 months to < 1 year) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience managing a fast‑food or restaurant operation.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash control, and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and overtime.
