About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate you will be the welcoming face of our Brampton branch, helping clients achieve their financial goals. The role blends relationship building, transaction processing, and digital banking support in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate service for daily banking transactions.
• Identify client needs, suggest appropriate products and simple sales opportunities.
• Promote and guide customers through mobile and self‑service banking applications.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships by listening actively and responding promptly.
• Contribute to branch performance targets and collaborate with team members.
