Customer Care Representative - Entry (Portuguese)

About the role

Epic Games, known for Fortnite, Rocket League, Fall Guys, the Epic Games Store and Unreal Engine, is hiring an entry-level Customer Care Representative who speaks Portuguese. The role provides high-quality support to the Epic Games community via email and chat, guiding players through issues so they receive consistent and accurate assistance. Applicants must be available and willing to work on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to the Epic Games community via email and chat
• Guide players through issues and support needs to ensure a positive player experience
• Use established processes and guidelines to give consistent and accurate assistance

Required profile

• Minimum of 95% attendance
• Minimum of 3 months as a TELUS International employee
• Minimum of 3 months in the current position and current account
• Schedule flexibility required; work onsite with work-from-home potential after 3 months in production
• No active disciplinary processes
• Experience in gaming accounts desirable

Required skills

• Typing of at least 40 words per minute
• Successful completion of grammar and punctuation tests
• Strong communication skills
• English B1+/B2 (oral and written comprehension, appropriate use of language)
• Portuguese B2 (oral and written comprehension, appropriate use of language)
