Remote Scheduling and Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

HearCANADA, part of the WSAudiology group, is hiring a Remote Scheduling and Inside Sales Specialist (internally called an Inside Sales Specialist) to support its hearing care clients across Canada. The role uses warm leads to book appointments at clinics, with no cold calling required. It is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with core hours of 11:00 am to 7:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients (warm leads) to book appointments with hearing care professionals at clinics across Canada
• Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions and book appointments
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and overall targets while keeping interactions consistent with HearCANADA standards
• Take part in daily and weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills
• Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update client information in the appointment system (CRM)
• Work with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
• Health industry experience is an asset
• Empathy and strong verbal and written English; bilingualism in French is a definite asset
• Goal-driven, able to work independently and show integrity and professionalism
• Availability to follow the posted schedule, including some Saturday coverage

Required skills

• Prior experience with CRM systems and willingness to learn new software
• High-volume calling and appointment scheduling
