About the role
Join ICBC’s Claims Contact Centre to provide customers with information on new or existing claims, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with information regarding new claims or inquiries about existing crashes.
- Complete initial file documentation and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain high energy and excellent communication throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Exceptional customer service and strong multitasking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Flexibility, strong teamwork, and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous call‑centre experience is an asset.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $51,287.60 to $55,073.20 CAD annually.
