About the role
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our remote teams. The role is full‑time and offers a competitive rate of $60 per hour. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline volume and conversion rates.
Required profile
- Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, either agency or in‑house.
- Ability to handle multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
