About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our remote teams. The role is full‑time and offers a competitive rate of $60 per hour. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and referrals.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline volume and conversion rates.

Required profile

Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, either agency or in‑house.
Ability to handle multiple open roles and prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
