Corporate Recruiter – Edmonton

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our Edmonton corporate head office. You will own the full recruitment life cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent across our transportation and fleet‑management business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from job ad creation to offer acceptance.
• Build diverse, proactive candidate pipelines using creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews employing behavioral and situational techniques.
• Craft compelling job advertisements that attract the right candidates.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and share market insights.
• Deliver a world‑class candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• 3+ years of high‑volume full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources (RPR designation a plus).
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers as a talent partner.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency using sourcing platforms and tools.
